Running Reports in Clarity  Are you making the most of your Clarity user account by running reports? As a Clarity user, you have several types of aggregate and non-aggregate program level reports available. If you haven’t used the reporting module yet, we encourage you to take a look at the choices find one or more that are meaningful. I’ve recommended some in a previous post, here. A recently improved report to check out is the Client Demographics Report (OUTS-106).

Coming in April: HMIS Data Quality Report HUD has developed a standardized data quality report that will replace any Data Quality tables on the APR, ESG CAPER and CoC annual grant application. This is an overhaul of all previous data quality reporting, and, in addition, will serve as a more meaningful report on data quality for your organization. All HMIS vendors have the same reporting specifications for this report —  provided by HUD — and users can expect to have it be active in the beginning of April. We will be able to filter the results of this report on individual projects, types of projects (e.g. all PSH or all Emergency Shelters), single agency or across the CoC. Here is a sneak peak at what it will look like:
