2013 NOFA — New project application process
Agencies interested in applying for reallocation funds that may potentially become available through this year’s SuperNOFA competition should read the following document for an overview of the process, guidelines and information on how to submit a letter of intent. Please note that due to the delayed release of the 2013 NOFA, the deadline for submission of letters of interest has been extended to Friday, November 22.
