2016 CoC Competition Funding Opportunity: New Permanent Housing Projects

The 2016 CoC competition offers the opportunity for New Project submissions to be included in the Cambridge CoC’s application for funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of this request for proposals is to select a housing and service provider(s) to be included as subrecipients for New Permanent Housing projects in the CoC’s application that will be submitted as part of the 2016 CoC Program application to HUD.

To be considered for inclusion in the CoC’s submission, applicants must submit a proposal cover sheet, a budget form, and a brief narrative responding to the requirements outlined in the request.

UPDATE: Leverage commitment letters are not required by HUD for the 2016 competition. Applicants do not need to include leverage as part of new project proposals.
