CoC Documents Available for Review and Feedback

The Cambridge CoC has three documents available for review and feedback. Please take a few minutes to review these brief documents and offer your feedback and comments. Comments and suggested revisions must be submitted by July 5, 2017 to emengers@cambridgema.gov. Suggestions and revisions will be brought to the CoC’s Board for approval.

  1. ESG Program Written Standards – describes procedures related to operation of ESG projects.

  2. CoC Program Written Standards – describes procedures related to operation of CoC projects.

  3. CoC Governance Charter – the CoC is required to review and update its Governance Charter on an annual basis. The original Charter was adopted by the CoC in April 2014 after review and revisions by CoC stakeholders. A few minor revisions have been made to the Governance Charter. They are summarized below for your convenience when reviewing the document.

P. 4 HMIS Working Group meeting frequency changed from bi-monthly to quarterly.P. 4 ESG Working Group removed and replaced with Coordinated Entry Working Group.P. 4 Reference to topic and subpopulation-specific working groups added.P. 5 Board responsibilities related to ESG funding allocation updated.
