November 2020 Launch of New Client ROI
Attention all HMIS Users! We have updated some of our client forms as well as our HMIS Policies and Procedures. Here is access to everything you need to know.
Beginning November 1, 2020, we will go live in Clarity with a new Client Release of Information. In order to get you up to speed with using it, there is a new recorded training and quiz (both below). If you are already an End User, this will be a Privacy and Security refresher course, therefore you will also fill out a new User Responsibility Agreement. In order to log in an work in Clarity after November 1, you will need to fill out this form and certify that you’ve completed the training and read our Policies and Procedures.
